As backpackers, we loved the large and spacious rooms with a huge and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spacious and the aircon worked perfectly, ensuring a good night's sleep. The traditional Indonesian breakfast was superb, especially the tasty Mie/Nasi Goreng. The juices, without sugar, were refreshing and delicious. The short walk to Crystal Bay beach through the village was enjoyable, with sightings of monitor lizards, monkeys, and beautiful butterflies. The poolside massages were very relaxing. Wayan, the cook, impressed us with his culinary skills. The nearby warungs offered grilled fresh fish and rice with Sambal Matah or grilled corn on the cob. The staff, including Paglut the taxi driver, were always helpful and accommodating.

Felt very lucky to have found this wonderful place, no complaints at all.

We loved the hotel facilities, especially the comfortable villas with the beautiful pool and surrounding jungle. The staff was also great, accommodating our dietary needs and offering a superb breakfast. Additionally, the location was perfect, allowing easy access to Crystal Beach, one of the best beaches in this city.

The beach nearby was amazing and the rooms were comfortable enough. Getting to the location was a bit difficult but worth it. The locals were friendly.

What an amazing experience! The room was spacious and very clean. The friendly staff were always there to help with a ready smile. The location was perfect, close to the beach and not far away from other key attractions. The pool and grounds were well-maintained and a great place to relax. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and filling.

The transportation to and from the hotel was not that great, sometimes causing delays and stress. the limited menu at the restaurant was a bit of a disappointment.

I loved the location of Crystal Bay Villa & Residence, nestled in the middle of the jungle and close to the beautiful Crystal Bay. The small village nearby allowed me to experience local life and see a variety of animals, including the adorable pigs! The room was clean and had all the basics I needed, with hot water and a kettle. The swimming pool was a nice addition, although I didn't get a chance to use it. Crystal Bay itself was a short walk away, where I could rent a boat to snorkel with manta rays. The snorkeling at Crystal Bay was also great, although I had to be cautious of the strong current on the right side of the beach. The nearby restaurant offered delicious food, albeit a little pricier.

We were amazed by the value for money at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's attention to detail, such as providing tea and coffee facilities, made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the beach and surrounded by a charming village.
